CONDITIONS
We hope that you are happy with your sign(s) purchased from Designer Signs. If you need to return an item which is defective in any way, or if you have received the wrong goods, please read the following:.

Faulty Items:
Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they have a fault or if you received the wrong goods. We do not acept goods that have ben opened unless they are found to be faulty. Any postage costs incurred will be covered by us.

Postage Cost:
If you are returning items we will refund any ostage costs incurred. In any other case, the cost of postage and any other service provided to you will be covered by yourself.

Returning Goods:
When returning items, please include details of the order number and the reason for returning the item. Please pack the item carefully and post it to the following address (in the case of faulty goods please note the actual fault and return the item in its original packaging): Designer Signs, Industrial Estae, Penygroes, Gwynedd LL54 6DB. For your protection as well as ours, please use a registered/recorded postal service. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please Note: If you return an item that is not faulty, you will be liable for the postage costs incurred.

Cancelling an order:
In compliance with the laws of England and Wales, you have the right to return any item within 7 days of receipt. This is relevant to all of our goods. When cancelling an order, please write "Cancelling Order" on the package. Pack the item carefully and send it back to us within 7 days of when you received it. Remember that youwill be responsible for payment of any costs incurred in sending the item back to us.
